The microwave steamed egg custard is fast, simple, delicious and nutritious. It is an essential cooking skill for office workers.

Ingredients:

eggs
soy sauce
sesame oil (peanut oil can be used instead of sesame oil)

Practice steps:

Step 1. Prepare a small bowl and put eggs in it.

Step 2: Break up the eggs, add a little water, preferably warm water, and break up again.

Step 3. Take a spoon and skim off all the foam in the egg liquid.

Step 4. After skimming off the foam, cover with a layer of plastic wrap and pierce a few small holes in the wrap to facilitate ventilation.

Step 5. Put it in the microwave and heat it for two minutes, it will explode more than two minutes.

Step 6. Take out the egg two minutes later. The egg will be steamed.

Step 7.Add some light soy sauce and sesame oil, divide into small pieces, and the egg custard is ready.As shown in the first picture.
